The transfer is made with the client being picked up or droped off at his place of residence, if the access

at his address is allowed by traffic rules or when there aren't any infrustructure works taking place in te area.

The passengers' attendants pay both ways as one segment of the category to witch they belong.

Based on the information received from the passenger (full address, phone number, taking-off hour, LUGGAGE NUMBER AND THEIR SIZE, SPECIAL PROBLEMS WITH TRANSPORT FOR THE DISABILITY PEOPLE, etc.), there will be announced, one day before the taking-off, the hour and place where the passengers will be taken from in the next day.

On the taking date, hour and place the car will go to the established place. The driver will have previously called the passenger 10 minutes before the meeting.

Taking the passengers when landing ( Budapest - Timișoara OR Budapest - Arad)

Based on the information received from the passenger (flight date, landing hour at Budapest-local hour, flight number, LUGGAGE NUMBER AND THEIR SIZE, SPECIAL PROBLEMS WITH TRANSPORT FOR THE DISABILITY PEOPLE, etc.), the passenger will be waited in the waiting room of the terminal where the landing took place. In front of the travelers’ directing track, our driver will have an identification plate in A4, where there will be written legible and visible the respective passenger’s name.

Because there are little chances that the driver knows the passenger, the passenger will have to identify the driver, who will have the identification plate mentioned above.

If within 30 minutes from exiting the terminal, the passenger does not succeed in contacting the driver, the passenger will have to contact the tourism agency at one of the received contact phone numbers.

The waiting period of the transfer car in the airport is of 2 hours maximum from the first to the last passenger pickup, except in the situations where the flight is delayed and there isn't any other car available in the airport to pick up the delayed passenger. In that case the waiting time is extended until he is retrieved. We apologize in advance for this kind of rare event.

If the passenger does not show up in the waiting room, within one hour after the landing and the transport company and the agency through which the booking took place are not informed by phone of the existence of a delay or of other problems appeared that can cause delays (ex. Luggage lost by the airline company), there will be considered “no show” and the car will leave on the scheduled route.

in the tariff of the transfer there are included 2 luggage within 20 kg (32 KG FOR USA AND CANADA)/ person.
the excess weight is taxed 1 euro per kg
the additional luggage is accepted depending on the available palce and it is taxed 15 euro per piece
the additional luggage must be presented in maximum dimensions of 30x50x80
the hand luggage is not taxed and it is accepted within 10 kg.
children between 2 and 12 years have the right to a 10 kg luggage included in the ticket price.
